A man in a blue three-piece suit greets us kindly. We take the staircase that leads us to the most beautiful table, covered in white and set simply. The elegant and refined interior decoration is almost invisible, as the 180° view of the Ferris wheel and the Good Mother is exceptional. We settle in for a three-course lunch, announced by the smile of a lovely woman in blue.

Everything seems to be under control.

The proposal for the food and wine pairing seems essential to us; our conversation begins after we carefully scrutinize the beauty of the space that welcomes us. A series of appetizers are placed before us in a setting adorned with Mediterranean objects, described confidently and precisely by a new smile, still dressed in blue. These four delicate and tiny items await. Visually, it is very successful, but when the subtlety of the flavors comes through, the conversation halts, giving way to our smiles. The precision and balance are present, crunchy and slightly tangy, then a transformation occurs in about ten seconds, revealing a surprising spiciness.

We are only at the appetizers…

The starter, the main course, and the dessert live up to this extravagant first part. The chef will accommodate my partner, who requested a modification to her dessert. The transformation will be exquisite and accomplished in the blink of an eye. Delighted by this moment of pure happiness, TheMust.fr recommends this table in every detail.
