The idea for the concept came from a simple observation stemming from very basic questions: what is the favorite dish of the French? What is the favorite drink of the French? I\u2019ll give you a hint! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Nestled in the heart of the Passage des Panoramas in Paris, the three partners have transformed the space by blending ultra-modern design that perfectly integrates into this historic institution classified and protected as part of the city’s heritage\u2014it’s truly a success. But if it were only about the setting, that wouldn’t be enough! On the plate, the excellent products from the southwest, carefully selected and prepared, will delight your taste buds. A huge wall photograph references the great restaurant, Le Septime<\/em><\/em>, from the eponymous film featuring Louis de Fun\u00e8s as a very particular manager. The champagne menu is limitless (except for the wallet), providing the sweetest intoxication. The Artemide<\/a><\/em> wall lights and Tom Dixon<\/a><\/em> pendants are stunning. The combination of light wood and matte black steel is very successful. I\u2019ll let you discover this gem, skillfully managed by Jeff’s smile in the dining room. <\/p>\n
